What will I get from a review?

Our lawyer will review your legal agreement or contract and provide you with a view of whether the contract is legally enforceable and valid, and if any thing is considered out of the ordinary. Our lawyer will also propose amendments to the wording of the contract to help you meet your objectives. If you have any specific questions to the document our lawyer will give their answer to those.

What type of agreements do you accept?

We accepts all personal and business contracts and agreements. A comprehensive list of agreement types can be found here. If you don't see your type of contract in the list, chances are we still cover it, so please contact us. We work with a network of layers in the UK, US and Canada, so your work will always go to the most appropriate lawyer for type of contract.

How fast can I have my review?

By default we have a 48 hour turn-around on our contract reviews. We also offer an expedited service for a 24 hour turn-around, please inform us when you submit your request.

What file formats do you accept?

We allow almost any text document file type or text image file. Here are the most ideal file types. PDF, WORD, PNG, Open-Office, JPEG, TIFF, Google Docs

Do you assist with with court filings?

No. We just work on legal contracts and agreements. We don’t offer legal advice on court filings or proceedings.
